The successful applicant will be instrumental in regards to increasing awareness of the liaison and diversion in areas not usually served by the service as well as building new relationships with partners.

The successful applicant will undertake holistic assessments, identifying vulnerabilities and liaising with appropriate stakeholders such as Police and Courts, as well as other services within CWPT, the third sector and beyond to meet unmet needs and reduce the cycle of reoffending.
