Job Title – B2B Sales Executive

Salary – £33k basic with a £60k OTE
Due to growth our client is looking to expand their business development team, our client needs you to make outbound sales calls to generate new business leads into revenue.
Through effective networking and face-to-face meetings you will engage with key decision makers and promote all aspects of the services our client offers.
The role is a full 360 sales role – on the telephone, picking up leads, making the first call right through to presenting to decision maker.
They will need you to make an average of 80 to 100 calls per day when not face to face with clients.
In the role you will need to book client meetings and re-activate lapsed clients.
You will be managing your own portfolio that will have some clients passed across to you to help you when you first start.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing key decision-maker contact details through networking activity, social media and available online databases
- Initiating contact with key decision-makers
- Arranging meeting with key decision-makers
- Maintaining a record within Salesforce (CRM)
- Nurturing a pipeline of leads and scheduled sales opportunities into profitable business from target clients
- Contacting and re-establishing relationships with laps customers who had previously opened an account, but are not using it, or not at the levels of spend we would like
- Maintaining a high level of input activity into your sales cycle (calls, emails and visits)
- Analysing your sales pipeline and planning sales activity accordingly to ensure all KPIs and individual targets are met
Key Skills/Experience Needed:
- A successful record of B2B business development, ideally in a service-selling environment
- Previous experience of booking and attending face-to-face meetings with client contacts
- Experience of sourcing brand new (cold) client contacts
- A confident and engaging telephone manner
- Well-groomed and presented in person
- Impeccable planning and time management skills
- Excellent written communication skills (for sales and follow-up emails)
- An independent and entrepreneurial attitude to your work
