Key job responsibilities

As an experienced services sales professional, you will be responsible for:

1. Leading business development efforts by engaging customers and driving high-value engagements
2. Collaborating with Amazon Global Sales (AGS) representatives to ensure a coordinated approach for key accounts
3. Creating proposals, securing customer sign-off on Statements of Work (SOWs), and ensuring successful project delivery
4. Monitoring ongoing projects to ensure delivery of agreed CBOs and maximizing revenue potential
5. Advocating for customers while balancing AWS business objectives

1. 10+ years of IT consulting / management experience, with demonstrable global scale cloud / digital / technology transformation experience in customer-facing roles
2. Experience with sales targets, business development, and driving customer satisfaction
3. Experience with cloud technologies and IT strategies, including strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills, including group leadership, negotiation and executive presentations.
5. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience.

1. Ability to build and maintain C-level client relationships and advisory experience.
2. Financial acumen with the ability to analyze and report on key performance metrics.
3. Technical proficiency to understand and articulate AWS services and solutions.
4. Excellent storytelling and active listening abilities. Demonstrate the ability to work creatively and analytically in meeting customer needs.
5. Experience with contract and statement of work development.
6. Be mobile and travel to client locations as needed. Estimated 40% travel requirement.
7. Security clearance is required for this vacancy. Eligible for SC clearance.
