As our Head Barista and member of the leadership team, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering our coffee program to align seamlessly with our philosophy.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Previous experience as a Head Barista or Lead Barista in a specialty coffee setting.
2. Extensive knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and flavour profiles.
3. Proficiency in espresso extraction, latte art, and milk texturing techniques.
4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Detail-oriented with a relentless pursuit of exceptional guest service.
7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
8. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, including taking responsibility for opening the business when scheduled.
