Aviation Coordinator - VR/30881

Working with TMM’s Aberdeen-based client, you will drive key aviation operations, manage flight logistics and ensure compliance with offshore requirements. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support smooth operations. Ideal for candidates with aviation logistics experience and a passion for safety and excellence.

Managing long and short-term Flight Booking and Daily Flight Schedule as well as preparing for future aviation operations.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assisting in maintaining passenger records with relevant certification such as medical and survival training and other requirements on the Vantage POB system.
• Assisting in maintaining rotas and bookings for offshore personnel through Vantage POB system, liaising with all Companies involved in current operations.
• Booking onshore accommodation and travel as required for personnel.
• Assisting with the coordination of any offshore shuttling requirements.
• Managing operational statistics and building them into various reports for internal and external use, including the development of presentation material as required. This requires the review of all Daily Flying Reports, contract codes, and other statistical information such as utilization and on-time information.
• Liaising directly with the helicopter operator when necessary, regarding the accuracy of such information and agreeing on Service Level Agreements and any Key Performance Indicators directly with Aviation Principal.
• Ensuring adherence by all passengers to the helicopter policies, working in conjunction with the helicopter provider.
• Contributing to preparation for future aviation operations.

Applicants to this role require:

• Demonstrable (ideally 3+ years) relevant experience in a similar role.
• Previous experience in logistics support to the offshore industry.
• Comprehensive understanding of aviation operations processes.
• Strong user of Excel and experience in SAP RLM/MM/PS modules.
