An established industry player is seeking an AV System Designer to join their dynamic team. This role involves coordinating AV projects from pre-sales to delivery, creating essential CAD drawings and schematics, and supporting documentation for successful project execution. You will work with reputable clients in the Audio Visual Systems Integration sector, contributing to innovative projects across corporate, marine, and home automation sectors. 2+ years experience in Audio Visual/Lighting/Building Industry.
Proficient in producing CAD drawings and AV schematics.

Coordinate workloads in pre & post sales for AV projects.
Produce AV schematics, layout drawings, and documentation.

As a leading Technical Recruitment Consultancy, Zebrec is delighted to offer various AV SYSTEM DESIGNER roles working for our clients who are reputable & leading providers of professional services to their industry of Audio Visual Systems Integration in Corporate, Marine & Home Automation sectors.

Main Role & Responsibilities of the AV SYSTEM DESIGNER:

To assist in coordination of workloads in pre & post sales whilst actively working on the production of CAD drawings, schematics, plans and associated documentation for live commercial AV projects.
Producing AV System Schematics, AV Positional Layout Drawings, Rack Layout Drawings, 'As-Builts' and any additional drawings necessary for the successful delivery of a project.
Assisting in the production of Cable and Components listings, including first fix cable schedules and any additional documentation required for successful supplementary support to the project.
Supporting 'mid-project' variation documentation, drawings and records.
Specialist Drawings as required for custom production work.

Minimum Requirements:

Must have 2 years experience within - Audio Visual/Lighting/Building Industry/Engineering
DTools preferred but not essential
AUTOCAD
