AV Engineer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Audio Visual Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of audio-visual systems in various settings.

Responsibilities:

1. Install and configure audio-visual equipment such as projectors, microphones, speakers, DMX lighting, and video screens.
2. Conduct regular maintenance checks on AV systems to ensure optimal performance.
3. Troubleshoot technical issues related to audio and video equipment.
4. Collaborate with clients to understand their audio-visual requirements and provide suitable solutions.
5. Set up and operate audio-visual equipment for events, meetings, or presentations.

Experience:

1. Proficiency in using hand tools for installation and repair tasks.
2. Experience with sound systems and audio connectors, Ethernet, and computer hardware.
3. Ability to read and interpret schematics for AV systems.
4. Experience in equipment repair and network installation.

The job is mainly road-based, as a result, we are open to nationwide applications as the successful candidate will be set up with a van and tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £27,000.00-£37,000.00 per year

Work Location: On the road
