Automotive Service Advisor required in Northampton

Up to £27,500 basic salary + overtime + OTE of £6,000

Monday to Friday, Saturday AM (1 in 5)

This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding Prestige Car Dealership today.

Key Responsibilities/Skills:

1. Greeting customers and scheduling services
2. Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicle
3. Providing additional services including service plans
4. Handling customer complaints

Ideally you will have worked within a Service Department as a Service Advisor, however if you have a proven track record of customer excellence I would like to speak with you.
