Job Summary:
The Service Adviser reports directly to the Service Director, with additional responsibilities to work with service and warranty managers. This role is vital to the success of this bustling, nationally-acclaimed and award-winning automotive dealership in Northern New Jersey, working with Ford and Lincoln vehicles, and Ford Trucks.
The successful candidate must demonstrate an ability to multi-task by handling and processing documents while serving a variety of customers, all within a team-oriented environment.
