Automotive Sales Manager

Up to £35,000 + realistic OTE of £20,000

Five days a week, Monday - Saturday

Our client is seeking an Automotive Motorcycle Sales Manager to lead their successful team during an exciting time for the business.

The successful candidate will spearhead a multi-franchise dealership that offers a fantastic working environment with a great opportunity for realistic progression.

Key Responsibilities/Skills:

1. Achieving and striving to exceed all targets and sales objectives through a well-developed and motivated sales team.
2. Working with the senior management team to formulate policies and procedures to achieve maximum profitability from vehicles, finance, insurance, and accessory sales.
3. Maximising sales and profitability through satisfaction and retention of customers.
4. Helping our client to achieve standards of process efficiency and cost control.

Due to the nature of the business, you will require Main Dealer experience as a Sales Manager; however, this can be held within the Motorcycle or Car trade.
