Automotive Master Technician required in Loughborough

Salary: up to £40,000 basic + OTE

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (hours can be selected) and Saturday AM rota

Our client, an expanding Main Car Dealership, is seeking an experienced Master Technician to work for their Service Department today.

This opportunity is open to those who hold exceptional diagnostic abilities and may be looking to expand their skill-set or work for a dealer group that will push your career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities/Skills:

1. Diagnose complex issues across a wide range of vehicle systems, as well as performing routine services and repairs.
2. Ensure high-quality repairs with a first-time fix, delighting customers every time.
3. Communicate with customers to fully understand their vehicle concerns.
4. Stay up-to-date with the latest in vehicle technology, including EV, through continuous learning.
5. Provide technical support and assistance to colleagues.

You must possess previous experience within a busy Service Department as a Master Technician - this can be held within any Franchise as you will be provided the opportunity to learn a new manufacturer.
