About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Automation Team Lead to join an innovative software company. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead automation efforts while working completely remotely.

What You'll Do

1. Spearheading the development and maintenance of Cypress test automation suite
2. Leading technical initiatives to improve automation framework and CI/CD pipeline
3. Mentoring and supporting other automation engineers
4. Collaborating closely with developers and QA teams in an agile environment
5. Analyzing test results and providing actionable insights to engineering leadership
6. Contributing to product quality by identifying and documenting defects
7. Driving improvements in test coverage and automation efficiency

What They Are Looking For

1. Proven expertise with Cypress and test automation best practices
2. Strong JavaScript skills and experience with REST APIs
3. Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Jira, and Bitbucket
4. Background in cross-browser and cross-platform testing
5. Computer Science degree or equivalent practical experience
6. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
7. Self-motivated with a passion for quality and automation
8. Experience working in agile development environments
