Reporting to the Head of Tooling and Automation (T&A) UK&I, this role will provide thought leadership and design/implementation expertise related to the use and exploitation of AI and Generative AI technologies in the automation of business & service activities within HC&I.

Tasks

• Act as the primary interface on all Generative AI issues and opportunities within the HC&I Automation team.
• Develop and maintain an AI & Gen-AI Automation strategy/roadmap for HC&I, gaining stakeholder agreement and managing the necessary process for implementation.
• Maintain strong relationships and alignment with Global GenAI and Automation teams.
• Develop an understanding of each sub-practice and collaborate with senior managers regarding automation use cases.
• Design, develop, and deploy Atos GenAI Platform instances within UK customer environments.
• Manage and support the development and implementation of Automation use cases involving AI or Generative AI technologies.
• Maintain awareness of product developments within the Generative AI and AI Marketplace.
• Experiment with and evaluate emerging GenAI technologies.
• Represent HC&I within the Atos Generative AI Yammer community.
• Provide architectural design for required automation solutions.
• Provide pre-sales support on new business deals identifying opportunities to utilize automation or AI.
• Utilize internal social media and meetings to build an active HC&I community interested in Generative AI.
• Contribute to the development of a HC&I Automation Strategy.
• Maintain awareness of Atos GenAI Portfolio offerings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing the development and delivery of automation solutions.
• Significant industry knowledge of developments in Automation, AI, and GenAI Technologies.
• Excellent understanding of AI and GenAI technologies and design principles.
• Good commercial and business knowledge, especially in IT service delivery.
• Ability to think laterally and plan strategically.
• Experience in developing technology and service roadmaps.
• Understanding of how technology, process, tools, and people combine to provide customer-focused solutions.
• Ability to take an end-to-end service and commercial view of proposed technology investments.
• Industry knowledge of latest trends and direction.
• Solid understanding of project management methods and techniques.
• In-depth knowledge of the Atos organization and its service offerings related to Automation, AI, and GenAI.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to engage with and influence senior stakeholders.
• Understanding of TOGAF methodologies.
• Degree educated or equivalent (NVQ Level 6-7).
