The service works in collaboration with a range of professionals across the area. The AAS is delivered by the CPG in partnership with Navigo (Mental Health Provider) and The Faraway (Peer-Led Organisation) to meet the complex needs of this population using a Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) needs-led approach.

Please note that Care Plus Group are not currently registered to sponsor applicants from outside the EU and EEA.
