We are currently recruiting for a talented, experienced Head Chef to join the kitchen brigade of 12 at this fantastic Spanish restaurant based in Chelsea, London. With a real focus on seasonal produce and a passion for outstanding standards and service. This is an award-winning operator, and we are looking for an ambitious Head Chef with experience of cooking in traditional Spanish cuisine is a must. With weekly specials and seasonal menus, you will work with the Executive Chef and Group Gastronomic Director to create show-stopping dishes. Ideally Spanish speaking.
The Perks
The Head Chef will receive:
A salary of £55,000 plus service plus bonus
48 hour week

The Person
The ideal Head Chef will have the following:
Solid experience in a premium Spanish fresh food kitchen
Ideally Spanish speaking!
Track record as a successful Head Chef in high volume, high standards kitchens
Ability to manage budgets, GPs, rotas, and 5* Food Hygiene
Can-do attitude & team player
Excellent communication skills
Confidence in leading a team in a busy service and inspiring a long-standing team
A true passion for food and the enthusiasm to lead and develop your team
