Your role as Audit Senior
This is more than just an audit position-it's a role where you can lead, grow, and contribute to the success of both your team and your clients. In this role, you will:

1. Lead Audit Assignments: At Semi-Senior level you will be given the chance to mentor juniors, and senior level to lead your own audits! Manage the planning, execution, and completion of audits, ensuring all tasks meet the firm's high standards.
2. Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored advice.
3. Team Development: Mentor and supervise trainees, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their potential.
4. Business Development: Start to engage in business development activities, promoting the firm's services to clients and prospects.

What you'll need to succeed as an Audit Senior
To be successful in this role, you'll need a blend of technical expertise and soft skills. Here's what we're looking for:

1. ACA/ACCA Part or Fully Qualified: With experience in external audit in the UK.
2. Team Player: You work well both independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills to engage with senior staff and clients.
