Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead audit engagements and supervise junior team members.
  2. Plan and complete audit assignments with comprehensive documentation.
  3. Prepare statutory financial statements and assess internal controls.
  4. Highlight high-risk areas for Partner/Manager attention.
  5. Ensure audit quality, efficiency, and accurate reporting.
  6. Coach, mentor, and motivate team members, fostering their development.

Ideal Candidate:

  1. ACA/ACCA qualified or qualified by experience.
  2. Proven experience in a similar role within a well-regarded firm.
  3. Strong knowledge of UK accounting and auditing standards.
  4. Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
  5. A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
