The Opportunity

Day to day duties

1. Lead on dealing with a wide variety of clients from various sectors, providing advice to owner managers on both business and personal matters, acting as a trusted business adviser.
2. Drive revenue growth across existing and new service offerings, demonstrating broad business thinking and sound commercial judgement to add value.
3. Work collaboratively to suggest ideas and concepts for increased marketing opportunities with existing clients, while maximizing cross-selling opportunities.
4. Oversee all aspects of client engagement, assuming overall responsibility for allocating work and ensuring high levels of client service.
5. Manage the end-to-end audit process, including budgets and timescales, and ideally act as RI.

What are we looking for?

1. Ideally hold RI status.
2. Ability to analyze complex business situations to identify key issues and priorities, demonstrating an excellent working knowledge of IFRS/UKGAAP.
3. ACA/ACCA/CA or equivalent qualified, with senior level experience and the ability to manage a large portfolio of clients while leading a team.
4. Confident communicator.
5. Ability to make decisions, solve problems, and take appropriate action.
