About the Role

The successful candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of non-profit clients, deliver exceptional audit services, and contribute to the development of a growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of external audit clients, ensuring year-round service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Lead multiple audit teams, ensuring completion within agreed budgets and timelines.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing proactive and insightful support.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management and Audit Committees/Boards.
- Direct, coach, and mentor audit teams to foster their development.
- Engage in business development activities, including proposals and presentations.
- Participate in firm-wide training and assurance services as needed.

About You:
- ACA, ICAS, or ACCA qualified.
- Strong technical knowledge of auditing and accounting standards.
- Experience in charity audits and familiarity with the Charities SORP is an advantage.
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills to support junior colleagues.
- A genuine interest in the not-for-profit sector.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
