Audit Manager Job in Edinburgh
Up to £65,000 (DOE)

Puro Associates are recruiting for an Audit Manager to join a fantastic chartered firm of ours based in Edinburgh. Their team are committed to delivering high-quality audit, tax, and advisory services. This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Audit Manager or Audit Senior looking for the next steps in their career within a well-established and supportive team.

Responsibilities of an Audit Manager –

Monitoring the progression of audit assignments including budget and timeframes.
Assisting and supporting junior members of staff and monitoring the workload.
Manage your own portfolio of audits, working and liaising with RIs, junior audit staff, other team members, and the clients.
Work on a number of larger non-audit corporate clients.
Stay updated on UK and International GAAS, IFRS, UK GAAP, and financial reporting requirements.

What we are looking for in our ideal Audit Manager –

Fully ACA or ACCA Qualified
At least 4+ years of experience within a UK practice in an audit role.
Experience managing your own portfolio of clients.
Supervisory or manager-level experience.
Proven record of monitoring the entire audit process and leading audit assignments.
