Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ACA / ACCA part-qualified or qualified Audit Manager with experience working with audit and assurance teams to join a well-established accountancy firm, offering excellent benefits.


As an Audit Manager, you will be overseeing and executing audit fieldwork for a diverse client portfolio, fostering strong client relationships.


This permanent role offers a £55,000 salary and flexible working options.


You will be responsible for:

  1. Evaluating audit performance against KPIs and providing reports and potential solutions for any issues.
  2. Preparing financial statements for non-audit clients.
  3. Conducting technical research and providing advice.
  4. Assisting in developing new business proposals.
  5. Networking within business communities.
  6. Training and developing junior team members.
  7. Working on regional client projects as required.

What we are looking for:

  1. Experience working with audit and assurance teams.
  2. Background in mentoring, training, and supervising junior team members.
  3. ACA / ACCA part-qualified or qualified.
  4. Familiarity with UK Financial Reporting Standards and International Auditing Standards.
  5. Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Working hours: 36.25 hours per week
