Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ACA /ACCA part-qualified or qualified Audit Manager with experience working with audit and assurance team to join a well-established accountancy firm, offering excellent benefits.

As an Audit Manager, you will be overseeing and executing audit fieldwork for a diverse client portfolio, fostering strong client relationships. This permanent role offers £55,000 salary and flexible working options.

You will be responsible for:

  • Evaluating audit performance against KPIs and providing reports and potential solutions for any issues.
  • Preparing financial statements for non-audit clients.
  • Conducting technical research and providing advice.
  • Assisting in developing new business proposals.
  • Networking within business communities.
  • Training and developing junior team members.
  • Working on regional client projects as required.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience working with audit and assurance team.
  • Background in mentoring, training, and supervising junior team members.
  • ACA /ACCA part-qualified or qualified.
  • Familiarity with UK Financial Reporting Standards and International Auditing Standards.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Working hours: 36.25 hours per week
