Your role:

• Lead and manage a varied portfolio of audit assignments across a diverse client base

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor

• Mentor and support junior team members, fostering their growth and success

• Ensure audits are completed on time and within budget, with the highest quality standards

• Collaborate with Partners on strategic planning and business development opportunities

What you’ll need:

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with proven audit experience in practice

• Strong leadership, project management, and client relationship skills

• A commercial mindset and passion for driving continuous improvement
