1. ACA/ICAS qualified (or equivalent) with solid experience in managing people.
2. Well-versed in UK and International GAAS, IFRS, UK GAAP, and financial reporting.
3. Skilled in systems/controls testing, group audits, consolidations, and disclosures.
4. A confident communicator with project management expertise.
