THE ROLE

As an Implementation Consultant, you will be instrumental in facilitating the smooth integration of our product and ensuring the successful onboarding of new customers. This role demands an effective communicator with a solid background in external audit, experience in leading group training sessions, and a strong commitment to exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities Include:

• Gaining an understanding of the Inflo range of products and training content.
• Leading training sessions in either an end-user training environment or a train-the-trainer environment.
• Delivering both in-person and virtual training sessions.
• Providing feedback on the training material and support efforts to make improvements.
• Conducting virtual Q&A sessions with Inflo customers.
• Conducting deep-dive workshops on technical topics related to the platform functionality.
• Providing feedback and input on product enhancement opportunities.
• Assisting with customer inquiries.

THE SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED)

• Be skilled and experienced in providing both in-person and virtual training sessions.
• Be experienced performing external financial audits at the Senior Associate/Audit Senior level or above.
• Be proficient with UK Generally Accepted Audit Standards (GAAS) and International Standards on Auditing (ISA).
• Be experienced in performing audit data analytics.
• Be able to travel 50% during peak training season by air, rail, or car. Must have a valid driver's license.
• Be comfortable working in a virtual environment.

THE SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED)

• Prior experience using Inflo or other cloud-based audit software and data analytics tools.
