Location: Liverpool
Salary: £45,000 - £48,000

Are you an experienced and qualified ACA or ACCA professional looking to advance your career in a dynamic and supportive environment? Our client, based in Liverpool, is offering an exciting opportunity for an Audit Assistant Manager to join their team.

Job Summary:

  • Review audit planning and fieldwork
  • Complete audit files.
  • Train and develop staff.
  • Raise notes.
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments such as cash flow forecasts and hands-on assistance with audit assignments.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Oversee the workflow of the department.
  • Ensure timely meeting of client, Companies House, and HMRC deadlines.
  • Review financial statements for charities and SMEs.

Desired Skills:

  • Ideally ACA or ACCA qualified.
  • Strong communication skills with confidence in client interactions.
  • Competency in using Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in using Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, CCH AP, and CCH AA (not essential; full training provided).
  • Attention to detail.
