Cleaning Audit and Project Manager – Salary £43,000 - £45,000 plus travel costs. This is a 24/7 operation, and you will be required to work different hours to meet operational demands, including regular night shifts.

We are looking for a Cleaning Audit and Project Manager to join our transport division, to lead and manage audit functions and project delivery initiatives. You will be driving digitalisation and innovation projects while continuously enhancing service delivery to exceed SQR and CSS benchmarks. This role focuses on maintaining high operational standards through regular audits and the effective management of strategic projects.

As a Cleaning Audit and Project Manager, you’ll be:

1. Conducting regular digital and operational audits across the portfolio to ensure compliance with company and client standards, including the necessity of night audits.
2. Participating in joint audits with clients, adhering to the agreed audit schedule and maintaining objectivity and transparency.
3. Analysing audit data to develop actionable improvement plans.
4. Attending regular planning meetings with the Operations Manager and Site Managers and ensuring timely completion of actions arising from audits.
5. Providing regular reports and updates to the Service Delivery Director on audit outcomes and project progress.
6. Demonstrating initiative, working independently, and effectively leading teams.
7. Influencing positive change within the organisation.

As a Cleaning Audit and Project Manager, you’ll have:

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
2. Able to build professional, friendly, and accessible relationships across all employee levels while maintaining fairness and consistency in audits.
3. Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail in audits, reporting, and data analysis.
4. The ability to effectively plan and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.
5. Proactive and investigative in addressing challenges.
6. A methodical approach to implementing and improving business processes.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with strong presentation skills.
8. A clean UK full driving licence due to site travel requirements.
