Audit & Accounts Manager
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (based on experience)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Audit & Accounts Manager to join our client's dynamic team in Derby. As an Audit & Accounts Manager, you will play a critical role in managing audit and accounting processes, ensuring high standards of service and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage teams as an Audit & Accounts Manager, ensuring high performance and professional development.
• Oversee and execute audit engagements from planning through to completion as an Audit & Accounts Manager, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Manage and review accounts preparation work, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in your role as Audit & Accounts Manager.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice and support as an Audit & Accounts Manager.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in your Audit & Accounts Manager role.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant accounting standards and regulations while managing both audits and accounts.

Qualifications and Experience:

• ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a similar role, managing both audits and accounts as an Audit & Accounts Manager.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
