As a Manager you will be part of a growing team that values collaboration and recognises individual strengths.

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee a varied client portfolio, ensuring timely and high-quality financial reporting.
  • Prepare statutory and management accounts, as well as personal and corporate tax returns.
  • Deliver expert financial and tax advisory services, including business planning and compliance.
  • Lead and manage statutory audits, ensuring regulatory compliance and identifying key risks.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, efficiently resolving audit queries.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, providing training and technical guidance.
  • Review work completed by the team, offering constructive feedback and ensuring accuracy.
  • Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure efficient service delivery.

Ideal profile:

  • ACA or ACCA qualified with post-qualification experience.
  • Proven track record in managing audit and accounts within a practice.
  • Strong technical expertise in audit and accounting regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to build client relationships.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
