REED Practice are recruiting for an Audit and Accounts Manager for anesteemed accountancy practice in Hertfordshire. This role is perfect for an ACA/ACCA qualified professional with a passion for excellence in audit and accountancy.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage audits, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Oversee WIP, billing, and recoverability.
- Develop the team to uphold high standards.
- Research and present technical audit solutions.
- Communicate findings to management and clients.
- Serve as the primary contact for client communications.
- Strategically assess client needs and business risks.
- Travel to client sites as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
- ACA/ACCA qualified with 3+ years in a multi-partner practice.
- Strong client relationship skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software (IRIS, Xero, Sage, QuickBooks).
- Knowledge of CCH audit software.
