Job Description:

Key Duties

  1. Contribute to the clinical service assisting clients via a thorough battery of hearing examinations and bespoke product recommendations.
  2. Support the business owners in their operational management of the business's online presence, website management, marketing/branding, and general product offering.
  3. Work with a high degree of energy and enthusiasm to help facilitate the organization’s aspirations for further expansion on a global scale.
  4. Work flexibly in a hybrid role both remotely in the UK, face-to-face with clients, and potentially also in Southern Europe if open to travel. This is a new role that is being created within our exclusive client's operations, so the successful applicant will need to be flexible in line with the business's emerging requirements.

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

  1. Must have prior knowledge of running a business or having worked as a Sales Director, Operations Director, etc. within a hearing care commercial business is highly desirable.
  2. Good experience of digital marketing and retail website management would be advantageous.
  3. HCPC registered or eligible to register as a Hearing Aid dispenser or BSc/MSc qualified Audiologist with strong business acumen.
  4. Right to work in the UK and a driver's license preferred.
