Key Duties

1. Three days available midweek from 9:00am - 5:30pm, with no weekends, allowing for a superb work-life balance.
2. Must be able to conduct high-quality hearing tests, fittings, dispensing, and aftercare to a fully private customer base with superb levels of communication and attention to detail.
3. Substantial 90-minute full consultation test times.
4. Manage your own diary to maximize the time spent with patients, offering exceptional patient care.
5. Opportunity to offer micro-suction to suit patient needs.
6. Pre-organised clinics/diary where you will know well in advance your schedule.
7. Limited domiciliary working required (approximately 1 day every couple of weeks within the local area).

Package and Benefits

1. Generous basic salary between £35,000 - £45,000 FTE depending on experience.
2. Mileage covered and negotiable car allowance.
3. Holiday allowance of 28 days including bank holidays + your birthday off.
4. Private Healthcare and HCPC/BSHAA membership fees covered by the employer.

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

1. Must be HCPC registered.
2. A clean driver's license & access to own vehicle required; car allowance provided.
3. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's experience and be fully wax removal qualified.
4. Enthusiasm and a passion for guiding patients through their journey in an empathetic and helpful manner while providing thorough service right through to aftercare.
5. Right to work in the UK required.
