Fully private Multi-Site, Practice Based Audiologist/RHAD job, Oxford and surrounds.

• Job Summary
• New to market: Audiologist / RHAD position just released working with well-regarded longstanding fully private client base in Oxford and surrounding areas.
• Rare engaging role set in state-of-the-art facilities with extended testing times (1.5 hours) to enable outstanding customer care through an array of testing provided as standard.

• NB: If successful you will enjoy guaranteed £40,000+ plus basic salary, market leading commission structure with very realistic OTE of £50,000-£80,000+ and a highly established database of valued patients at your disposal plus 33 days holiday with extensive benefits!

Key Duties

• This is a superb opportunity working with a fully private service provider with access to a broad choice of leading aid technology and potential to build lasting long-term relationships with your valued clients and new colleagues alike.
• Generous testing times of 1.5 hours or flexible to best accommodate patient needs.
• A well thought out itinerary planned well in advance to help clearly structure your day working flexibly multi-site/clinic based.
• Working hours are 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with no late nights or midweek only work available to provide a great work-life balance.
• State of the art clinical facilities are provided within beautifully set independent practices.
• Opportunity to offer speech noise, micro-suction and tympanometry with ongoing support for your long-term professional development guaranteed.

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

• It is essential to be registered with the HCPC as an Audiologist/RHAD due to fully private client base.
• Must be passionate about Audiology and customer care!
• Be eager to forge new relationships with colleagues and clients alike.
• Right to work in the UK required.
• A full driver's licence required.
