Audio Visual Systems Architect

Role Overview

The AV Systems Architect will be responsible for evaluating multiple design alternatives for AV systems, assessing them based on client needs, design philosophy, and key constraints such as cost, schedule, space, power, safety, usability, and reliability. The selected candidate will finalize system designs and present solutions internally and to clients for approval before implementation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide technical support to the sales team during the pre-sales phase.
2. Lead AV system design, including schematics, BOMs, renderings, and technical documentation.
3. Offer internal and external technical assistance to support teams, customers, and partners.
4. Participate in client meetings and contribute with technical expertise.
5. Support project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
6. Liaise with installation teams and project managers to ensure smooth implementation.
7. Occasionally take on project management responsibilities, including scheduling, client communication, and documentation.
8. Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives within the operations team.

Requirements

1. Technical background in electronics, automation, or related fields.
2. Minimum three years of AV industry experience.
3. Excellent communication skills in English.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities and structured working approach.
5. Dedicated team player with an attention to detail.

Travel Requirements

Some travel may be required for project delivery and client engagements.
