Job Title: Audio Visual Support Technician (Onsite)

Location: Swindon

Site: Based - Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + Excellent Benefit Package

Job Purpose Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional, experienced AV Support Technician to join an established operation with scope to drive and enhance the service at every opportunity. The Audio-Visual Support Technician role is a key part of our London team, representing our client at one of their prestigious sites.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Report into client stakeholder on a day-to-day basis.
2. Based on site on a permanent basis - occasional travel to Northampton to oversee technical issues / maintenance activities.
3. Oversee and manage AV / UC systems on a day-to-day basis.
4. Provide real-time in-room support for AV / UC related issues.
5. Ensure incidents / tickets are logged via site protocol and resolved within SLA.
