Audio Visual Engineer - AV, CUCM & Webex Support Specialist - 2nd/3rd Line - 6-12 month contract - Outside IR35
My client is seeking a highly skilled AV, CUCM & Webex Support Specialist to join their team, delivering expert 2nd/3rd line support for enterprise AV & VoIP solutions. You'll be responsible for ensuring seamless communication across CUCM, Webex, and integrated meeting room technology for key clients.
Candidates must be available to work on-site - this will be based in London.
Key Responsibilities:
Experience:
3-5 years' experience in AV & UC support, with hands-on expertise in CUCM, Webex, VoIP, and meeting room tech. Strong troubleshooting skills across Cisco Webex, Teams, Zoom, Crestron, and digital PBX systems. Experience with AV networking, SIP trunking, QoS, and large-scale video conferencing.
Certifications (Desirable): CTS, Crestron CCP, Cisco Webex Cert, Microsoft Teams Rooms Cert, CompTIA Network+, CCNA.
