Job Title: Audio Visual Engineer

Location: London and the Home Counties
Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum (Basic)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Installation & Setup: Install, configure, and test AV systems for diverse projects, ensuring systems are operational to a high standard.
2. Service & Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance and quickly address technical issues to maintain system reliability.
3. Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and ensure satisfaction with completed projects.
4. Project Coordination: Work closely with project managers and team members to ensure seamless execution of projects within agreed timelines and budgets.
5. Technical Support: Deliver on-site and remote support to resolve client issues effectively.
6. Documentation & Training: Create detailed documentation for completed projects and provide end-users with basic system training.

Required Skills & Experience:

1. Demonstrable experience in the installation, servicing, and troubleshooting of audio-visual systems.
2. Comprehensive understanding of AV hardware, software, and integration processes.
3. Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
4. Effective communication skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
5. Valid UK driving license is essential.
