Our client, a leader in the media landscape, is on the hunt for a talented Audio Account Manager to join their National Advertisement team. If you’re passionate about audio and thrive on building meaningful agency partnerships, this role is your chance to drive revenue and make a significant impact.

The Role:

As Audio Account Manager, you’ll work closely with key media agencies—especially within the PHD agency territory—to champion our client’s market-leading audio brands. Your role will focus on driving revenue through innovative advertising solutions, including radio airtime, digital audio, and Sponsorship & Promotion (S&P) opportunities.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Foster Relationships: Build and maintain strong partnerships with agency personnel, becoming a trusted advisor within the PHD territory.
  2. Drive Revenue: Maximise airtime, digital audio, and S&P sales, while cross-selling across publishing and event platforms.
  3. Strategic Selling: Proactively pitch creative, insight-driven ideas to win over agencies and outshine competitors.
  4. Promote Innovation: Educate agencies on the latest audio innovations and creative opportunities, delivering engaging presentations and sessions.
  5. Collaborate Effectively: Partner with internal Creative Strategists and Client Leads to execute targeted strategies and respond to creative briefs.

What You’ll Bring:

  1. Industry Know-How: Experience working with tier 1 media agencies and a strong network within AV and partnership teams.
  2. Proven Sales Expertise: A track record of winning complex, high-value radio-led campaigns and trading airtime successfully.
  3. Multichannel Acumen: An understanding of audio’s strengths in comparison to other media channels.
  4. Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  5. Creative Mindset: The ability to craft intelligent solutions that excite clients and drive results.
