We're looking for an exceptional Assurance Manager to join our UK and EU team, where you'll have the unique opportunity to influence compliance monitoring strategy across multiple regulated entities.

Key job responsibilities

Your Impact as our new Assurance Manager, you'll be instrumental in:

  • Architecting and implementing second-line defence risk monitoring frameworks
  • Pioneering data-driven approaches to compliance testing
  • Transforming complex regulatory requirements into practical, actionable solutions
  • Providing strategic advisory support to regulated entities across the UK and EU

What You'll Do

  • Undertake deep-dive investigations into operational processes
  • Develop and implement innovative risk monitoring solutions
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to enhance control environments
  • Leverage data analytics to revolutionize compliance assurance
  • Drive continuous improvement in our Assurance Program

What You'll Need

  • Proven experience in financial services compliance or audit
  • Strong understanding of UK/EU financial regulations (financial crime, payments, insurance, and/or consumer credit)
  • Excellence in stakeholder management and communication
  • Analytical mindset with a talent for problem-solving
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience in compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent
  • Experience handling confidential information

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Professional auditing qualification, or similar risk or compliance credentials
  • Experience with SQL and Excel
  • Experience in program requirements definition, together with data and metrics leveraging to drive improvements
