Purpose
Working within the Assurance, Risk and Data Protection Team and in collaboration with operational colleagues to provide assurance to ensure compliance contractual obligations are met and continuous improvement takes place across a broad range of services, education, and training provision within Shaw Trust. Meeting and exceeding expectations in line with the Shaw Trust Strategic Directive 2030.
As an Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for conducting audits to provide assurance to the Audit and Risk Committee and to enable the Senior Leadership Team to fulfil its oversight responsibilities for the Shaw Trust Group. You will evaluate whether control and governance processes and systems are appropriately designed and deployed as intended to manage key risks, meet the requirement of our commissioners, regulators, legislation, and external accreditations.
