Job description

What Will You Do?
As the Associate Training Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering our core training content while also helping to shape new materials. You’ll work closely with the Training and AP Manager, ensuring our training remains engaging, up-to-date, and reflective of best practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver approximately 50% of our core training content (remotely and in-person).
  • Support the delivery of free training sessions for brain injury survivors and their families.
  • Assist in the development of new training materials, keeping content fresh and relevant.
  • Help plan and deliver private group training sessions for external organisations.
  • Work closely with freelance trainers, ensuring smooth collaboration and delivery.
  • Provide administrative support such as responding to enquiries, managing invoices, and issuing certificates to delegates.
About You
We welcome applications from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. Ideally, you will bring:
  • Experience working with individuals affected by acquired brain injury.
  • A relevant professional qualification (e.g., occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, clinical psychology).
  • Strong IT skills, including confidence using PowerPoint, Zoom, and Teams.
  • The ability to build trust and positive relationships with both external partners and internal teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver training that is clear, engaging, and accessible.
