£80,000 - £100,000 + Bonus + Benefits

I'm currently working with a Big 4 accountancy firm in Manchester who are looking to expand their M&A in Manchester.

You'll be joining one of the UKs leading M&A teams working for large infrastructure funds, Private Equity houses, multi-national companies and emerging capital providers.

Your new role:

1. Advising UK and international clients on transaction tax and wider commercial M&A issues managing a portfolio of high profile projects.
2. Due diligence in respect of mergers and acquisitions.
3. Ad hoc project work.

What are we looking for?

1. Suitable qualification (ACA/ACCA/CTA).
2. Exposure to international clients.
3. Prior M&A tax experience.
