Associate Support Sales Specialist
Job description
- Organise and track meetings/conference calls.
- Manage the production of client meeting materials.
- Attend meetings with prospects, writing meeting notes and ensuring that follow-up is completed efficiently.
- Carry out market research, identifying potential clients and suitable strategies.
- Ensure RFPs are coordinated internally and contribute to final messaging.
- Proactively cold call and develop sales opportunities where appropriate.
- Liaise with internal groups and work collaboratively to ensure effective communication.
Requirements
- Graduate with 1-4 years’ experience in a similar role within asset management e.g. Client Services, Sales Support, Investor Relations, RFP.
- Institutional experience within an investment management firm or investment consultant is essential.
- Driven nature with desire to progress into frontline Sales or Relationship Management.
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills with high attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Passion for financial markets.
- Ability to perform under pressure.
