Your Mission
Lead recruitment for lead advisors and advisors, and deliver a strong onboarding process for new hires.
Oversee all talent-related matters including scheduling, time tracking, payroll, absence, conduct, and performance.
Implement development plans for team leads to support their professional growth and performance.
Ensure optimal stock levels and inventory accuracy by proactively monitoring sell-through rates and product flow strategy in store.
Ensure smooth transitions by planning visual change-outs in advance and addressing any visual updates for sell-through optimization on a daily basis.
Ensure effective in-store training delivered by the training lead.

Your story
3-5 years of experience in retail operations or a customer-focused environment.
2+ years of experience leading teams, managing projects, or driving performance improvement initiatives.
Experience in the Outlet, Running, Fashion, or Sports industry is a plus, but a passion for these areas is essential.
