As an Associate Specialist Doctor, specialising in Adult ADHD, you'll work closely with Consultant Psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to assess and diagnose patients, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress. Job responsibilities
- Collaborate with Consultant Psychiatrists and healthcare professionals to assess and diagnose adult patients with ADHD.
- Develop personalised treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress over time, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.
- Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient cases and treatment approaches.
- Participate in ongoing professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Person Specification
Availability
- Availability of minimum 7 hours per week, including 5 hours patient-facing time and 2 hours of supervision.
Qualifications
Experience
- GMC registered doctor with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification clinical experience.
- At least six months of experience in psychiatry.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- Commitment to delivering compassionate and evidence-based care.
- Experience in Adult ADHD is an advantage.
