Job Description:

We are working with a top-tier law firm based in London, hiring solicitors at various levels to join their Corporate Tax team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a leading Corporate Tax team, working across multiple practice areas including M&A, private equity, real estate development, fund structuring, and financing transactions.

The individual will provide innovative tax solutions to a diverse client base including financial institutions, real estate investors, and public sector bodies. They will also play an essential role in business development while being willing to mentor junior members of the firm.

Minimum Requirements:

• 1-6 years’ PQE;
• Corporate Tax background;
• Strong academics;
• Technically excellent;
• Ability to manage deadlines;
• Flexible and collaborative team player.
