£24,000 - £25,000 + uncapped commission

Are you from a sales, estate agency, or customer-facing background and looking for clear progression routes right up to directorship, within an internationally expanding company?

The Role:

1. Create your own 360° recruitment desk, mastering client development and candidate sourcing
2. Sales, B2B sales, cold calling, business development, relationship management
3. Exceptional earning potential through uncapped commission structure, up to 40% of billings
4. Progress to leadership and director level roles
5. International opportunities
