Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients in the Pharmaceutical and Automotive sectors, with a focus on promoting our digital marketing services.
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects by developing new business opportunities.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: The ideal candidate must be customer-focused and should not hesitate to make cold calls, write cold emails, and develop new business relationships.
  • Client Relationship Management: Engage with clients to understand their marketing needs and present suitable digital solutions (SEO, content creation, social media campaigns, etc.).
  • Deliver presentations and proposals tailored to client needs and objectives.
  • Ensure continuous communication with clients to maintain and develop strong, lasting relationships.
  • Client Direct Engagement: Proactively work with clients directly, identifying new opportunities and revenue streams.
  • Sales Process & Metrics: Stay up to date with sales metrics and demonstrate the ability to work and rework on sales targets as needed, collaborating with internal teams.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Track and report sales performance using CRM tools and ensure all documentation is updated accurately.
  • Programmatic Sales & Revenue Growth: Play a key role in the monetization and revenue growth of all digital advertising opportunities.
  • Internal Agency Sales Support: Optimize, troubleshoot, and increase ad spend across campaigns.
  • Ad Campaign Execution: Execute the initial setup and ensure the successful delivery of all programmatic campaigns.
  • Ad Serving Efficiency: Ensure ad serving priority stacks are optimized, working in conjunction with relevant partners.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Compile, analyze, and provide regular performance reports to management.
  • Deliver strong insights into the future of programmatic advertising to help take the business forward.

Requirements:

  • Proven hands-on experience in Digital Marketing Sales (1-2 years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, content marketing, social media, lead generation, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter: Able to thrive in a startup environment with minimal supervision, capable of taking the initiative.
  • Customer-centric, with a proactive attitude and no hesitation in making cold calls and emails.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and other sales tracking software.
  • Experience with Digital Advertising and Programmatic Sales is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to identify business opportunities.
  • Network of Contacts: Established relationships with agency trading desks and/or publishers is a plus.
  • Sales Support Skills: Experience in optimizing, troubleshooting, and executing ad campaigns.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A passion for the Pharmaceutical or Automotive industries is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £15,000.00-£18,500.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Experience: Sales: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification: Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in London
