An established and specialist property law firm with a strong national client base is seeking an ambitious Associate Residential Property Solicitor to join their busy Gloucestershire office. This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor with 1-3 years’ PQE to progress their career in a firm that is exclusively focused on equity release and residential property transactions.

The successful Residential Property Solicitor will join a highly respected team providing expert legal services to private clients across the country.

The Associate Residential Property Solicitor’s role

As an Associate Residential Property Solicitor, you’ll manage a manageable caseload of residential and equity release matters from instruction to post-completion. You’ll liaise with clients, lenders, brokers, and financial advisers, ensuring a smooth and timely process.

You will also benefit from ongoing mentoring from senior solicitors and exposure to a growing niche area in property law.

The Associate Residential Property Solicitor

• 1-3 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
• Comfortable running your own caseload
• Strong attention to detail and client care skills
• Eager to develop technical expertise in equity release
• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
