About you:

1. You will currently be working as a Recruitment Consultant within White Collar technical fields, for example, Construction, Energy, Rail, Aerospace, IT, Manufacturing, or Sustainability. We are keen to speak to people from any sector provided it is a technical discipline.
2. You will be a 360 recruiter, with a proven track record building and managing your own desk. LDNY will give you the brand and support you need; it is down to you to work hard to achieve your financial and career goals.
3. You will be confident building and developing your own pipeline of work.
4. As an Associate Recruitment Partner, you will have a strong desire to succeed and increase your earning potential.
5. You will be happy working as part of and representing an ethical, diverse business, keen to make a positive impact within the recruitment sector.
